PVH Q&A Rules
By using the PVH Q&A, you agree not to upload, publish, link to, or share any content that is false, defamatory, misleading, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit, invasive of someone’s privacy, or otherwise unlawful. This applies to posts, links, images, signatures, profiles, avatars, bookmarks, and any other Q&A content.

Abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension.

The following are strictly prohibited:

a) Posting the same content in multiple threads or Q&A sections
b) Spam, flooding, chain messages, pyramid schemes, or solicitations
c) Promotions, advertisements, bonuses, or commercial offers
d) Mass private messages or mass emails
e) Insulting, offensive, or damaging statements about another person or business without clear supporting evidence

Unverified accusations are not allowed.

PVH does not allow members to advertise, promote, or push gambling systems, betting strategies, or similar methods. Accounts that do this may be suspended.
Do not post real names, email addresses, private messages, personal information, or confidential details from private communication, databases, or other non-public sources.
Do not post copyrighted material unless you own the rights to it or have written permission from the copyright owner.
Any content posted on the PVH Q&A may be used, moderated, stored, or displayed by PVH. Copying posts or threads from PVH to another website requires permission. Copying content from other forums and posting it on PVH is also prohibited unless you have permission from the original rights holder.
PVH does not actively review every message before it appears on Q&A and is not responsible for user-submitted content. We do not guarantee that any information posted by members is accurate, complete, useful, or current. Each post represents the opinion of the person who wrote it. Members are fully responsible for the content they submit.

If you see something inappropriate or offensive, notify a moderator or administrator.

If you believe a post or thread breaks the Q&A rules, please use the report button located near the post. This will alert the PVH moderation team so the issue can be reviewed.
Private Messages must not be used to abuse, harass, threaten, spam, solicit, or otherwise break PVH rules. Misuse of the private messaging system may lead to suspension.
Do not post duplicate messages across multiple topics, threads, or Q&A categories.
PVH reserves the right to disclose your identity or related account information if required due to a formal complaint, legal claim, investigation, or legal action connected to your use of Q&A.
PVH does not encourage or assist with illegal gambling activity. Any information provided on PVH is intended for informational, news, discussion, and entertainment purposes only.

Online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction. Users are responsible for confirming that they meet all legal age, location, and regulatory requirements before visiting or using any gambling-related website. You should seek legal advice if you are unsure about the laws in your area.

PVH is an independent information and discussion platform and is not owned by or directly operated by any online gambling company. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. When you click an external link, you leave PVH and are subject to that third party’s terms, policies, and risks.

Members are strongly encouraged to use a strong, unique password to protect their accounts. You must provide accurate account information, must not register fraudulently, and must not create more than one Q&A account.
PVH moderators and administrators may edit, remove, move, hide, lock, or close any post or thread that violates these rules, without prior notice.
Members involved in player fraud, account abuse, bonus abuse, false claims, or other dishonest behaviour may be permanently banned from the PVH Q&A.
PVH may issue a warning for a minor or first-time rule violation. Warnings are given at the discretion of the moderation team. Repeated violations or serious misconduct may result in suspension or permanent removal without further warning.
PVH may monitor posts that appear to be generated by AI tools, including ChatGPT. AI-assisted content may be edited, hidden, or deleted if it is misleading, low-quality, spam-like, inappropriate, or repeatedly misused by the same member.
